Welcome to my Attorney Website! My experience filing over 100 bankruptcy cases over my 4+ years of law practice is not the only reason you should give me a call. My aggressive, yet discreet, loyalty to my client's interest is another. I know how to file a bankruptcy in Washington State so as to make the most creative use of the generous WA state homestead exemption.
You can pay your debts and slave away for years just playing catch up. But in the end you may realize that persons and businesses charge interest exactly because of the possibility of not getting paid back. Declaring bankruptcy under the new Bankruptcy Act which went into effect in 2005 is still a boon to your financial life if done properly. And given how our state legislature reacted by raising the Washington state homestead exemption to unheard of levels: bankruptcy may be an even better option now. Under the new law Chapter 7 full discharges are subject to median income limits and the "means test". As your bankruptcy lawyer I know how the bankruptcy trustee or the Court will make a reasonable estimate of your future income and expenses. That only comes from experience. Hire an attorney with substantial experience in bankruptcy laws. Give me a call or email; I'd love to help make things right again! |
